Bayti.ae collects and processes information needed to operate a UAE property marketplace. This can include account details, email, phone number, selected contact methods, listing content, listing photos, documents or permit details submitted for verification, messages, offers, callback requests, reports, saved searches, preferences, notifications, payment/order records, device data, IP address, cookies and usage events. We use this information to create accounts, verify email, publish listings, connect buyers and sellers, route offers and enquiries, prevent fraud, moderate reports, improve search, send service notifications, manage payments or advertisements, comply with legal obligations and maintain audit logs. Optional marketing is separate from required service communications. Bayti may share limited data with infrastructure, hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, payment, verification, security, support and compliance providers where needed to operate the service. Listing information and selected contact details may be visible to other users according to the contact settings selected by the advertiser. Users may request access, correction, export, deletion, contact-detail removal or marketing opt-out from /privacy/requests. Some records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, legal claims, payment records, complaint handling, moderation, audit logs or compliance. Do not upload identity, title or sensitive documents unless a Bayti workflow specifically asks for them.
