Bayti is designed to support direct and transparent communication, but users must still do their own checks. Verify the advertiser, property location, title or tenancy authority, broker license, advertisement permit, ownership or authorization documents and payment instructions before transferring money or signing any document. Avoid cash deposits to unknown parties, pressure tactics, requests to pay outside normal channels, suspicious payment links, refusal to provide documents, listings that are materially below market without evidence, and advertisers who avoid written confirmation. For off-plan property, verify developer, project status, payment plan and escrow arrangements through official channels. For broker-assisted transactions, confirm the broker's authority and commission in writing. Report fake listings, wrong prices, unavailable properties, misleading photos or agents pretending to be owners from the listing page.
